Six report areas

Conversations and usage show service activity; leads and bookings help follow customer demand; commerce and connectors show related business activity. Only currently enabled sections appear.

View and export

Select an available section and date range. In the leads report, filter by tag and inspect daily counts. Reading and exporting have separate permissions; authorized users can download a CSV for the selected range.

How to read counts

A lead may have several tags, so adding tag counts can exceed the number of distinct leads. Payment figures in commerce depend on the current feature grant.

Read the numbers in their business context

The available report areas cover conversations, usage, leads, bookings, commerce and connections. Each counts activity from the corresponding enabled feature, so an empty chart does not by itself mean that the business had no customers. Choose a date range and the same filters when comparing periods. A lead may carry more than one tag; adding tag counts can therefore exceed the number of distinct leads. Keep that distinction when discussing campaign performance or staff workload.

From a chart to a question the team can answer

Start with one operational question: did enquiries arrive, did bookings get completed, or did a connected channel fail? Open the relevant report, set the dates and compare with records in the associated business screen. For lead trends, apply a tag filter consistently across the periods being compared. A change in chart height can come from a changed date range, a newly enabled feature or missing channel data; investigate those causes before drawing conclusions about customer behavior. A regular review can also note changes in opening hours, campaigns and channel setup during that period; comparing bars without this context is easy to misread.

Viewing and exporting are separate permissions

A team member who can read a report does not automatically have permission to download its CSV. The business administrator grants read and export access separately, within the features available to the current plan. This lets staff inspect an operational trend without distributing a copy of customer-related data. Before sending an export outside the team, confirm who needs it and remove fields that are unnecessary for that purpose. A downloaded file is a point-in-time view, not a live dashboard.

Limits of attribution and reconciliation

Reports describe recorded activity; they do not prove why a visitor left, whether an email reached a human inbox or whether an external payment settled. Check the underlying lead, booking, order or channel record for decisions about a particular customer. Commerce payment figures depend on the business features that are enabled and the payment states actually recorded. When a number appears inconsistent, compare the report's date and filters with the source list before assuming that a transaction was lost.

Common questions

Does every plan show all six reports?

No. Only sections enabled for the current plan are shown.

Can everyone who views reports export them?

No. Export requires separate permission.

Why are some report areas missing?

The page only presents areas supported by the business's enabled features and the member's permissions.

Can tag totals be greater than total leads?

Yes. One lead may have several tags, so tag totals are not necessarily distinct-customer totals.

Does an export keep updating?

No. A CSV reflects the selected range and filters when it was downloaded.
