What a lead carries

A lead can contain customer-provided contact details, needs and notes for authorized staff. The system can classify needs with AI; the dashboard shows classification status and filters by status, source or tags. Classification does not block the lead or its notification, and a failed classification can be handled later.

Set up and hand over

Configure recipients and the team's handoff process, then test an ordinary lead: the customer checks the summary and confirms submission. Staff open the lead from the notification, review its classification status and follow up. If the request concerns an application, a person can assess the ordinary lead before moving it into the formal application process.

Submission and application limits

An unconfirmed summary is not a submitted lead. Email delivery depends on the selected recipients and delivery status, so staff should also check the dashboard. A lead is not an approved business application: AI does not activate an account, approve an application or promise a staff outcome.

A useful brief for the next person

A lead should tell staff what the customer wants, how to reach them and what remains undecided. The customer may describe an intended project, a preferred time or a question the published information could not answer. Those details belong in the needs brief rather than being replaced by a generic label such as interested. Contact fields come from what the customer actually provided; an omitted email is not inferred from a previous visitor or another conversation.

Review before submission

The assistant can collect available details and present a draft for the customer to check. A request to explain a service or ask a price is not itself permission to submit contact data. Only after the customer confirms the summary does the system create a lead and start its notification path. Staff should distinguish a draft, an accepted lead and a delivered email: those are different results. If the final wording fails after a confirmed write, the saved lead must still be visible in the dashboard.

Routing, tags and follow-up

Authorized staff can filter the lead list by status, source and tags, open its details, and follow the original need without rereading a whole chat. AI classification may suggest tags from the stated need, but staff can verify whether they fit. Classification is an aid to sorting, not approval, consent, or a condition for saving the lead. Set the correct notification recipients and let the team decide who will make contact and when; an email alert is not a replacement for the dashboard record.

When the answer is not available

A business may deliberately keep prices or case-specific terms off its public pages. The assistant should say what can be confirmed, invite the customer to leave a way to be reached and pass the unanswered point to staff, without inventing a quote. If the customer is only browsing or declines to share details, the conversation can end without a lead. A general lead is also distinct from a formal account application, booking or order. Staff review those later through their own workflows and permissions.

Common questions

Does describing a need automatically save a lead?

No. The customer must review the summary and explicitly confirm submission.

Can a lead activate a service account?

No. Staff may assess it and then use the separate application and approval process.

Can I ask a question without leaving my details?

Yes. Asking for information alone does not submit a lead; you decide whether to share contact details and confirm the summary.

Does an AI tag decide whether staff will help me?

No. A tag helps organize follow-up, and staff can check or correct it.

What if the public page has no price for my case?

The assistant can record the question and offer a staff follow-up after you review and confirm the contact brief.
