Brand and pages
Edit the home page hero, business introduction and page content. Product and service sections require the corresponding records and features in your plan.
Public content and sources
Customers see the business's published brand and page content, not dashboard drafts. Staff should choose the hero image, description and sections, and confirm that images may be used publicly. Products, services and booking information need their own records, enabled features and published state. Descriptive copy is not a substitute for current prices, stock or available times. If the site answers customer questions from knowledge, use reviewed public sources rather than internal documents or unapproved promises. After editing, inspect the actual customer page as well as the editor.
Set up and publish
Add your text and images, preview the public pages, then publish. After an edit, publish again and check the customer view.
Addresses, access and customer routes
Staff edit, preview and publish according to their permissions; visitors see the public version. A business subdomain is available, while a custom domain requires a plan that allows it, control of DNS, completed verification and HTTPS readiness. The custom domain serves the public site rather than the management dashboard. Check that each offered language has published content; an unavailable translation should not turn into another business's page or the platform homepage.
What to check
A CNAME points a domain to the site; it does not create a browser 301 redirect. You can use any DNS provider. Saving a draft alone does not publish it.
Checks before publishing
Follow the customer path from the home page to products, services, enquiries or booking. Check headings, images, links and actions on a phone-sized screen and in each offered language. Confirm that only published items appear. For a custom domain, verify DNS, domain ownership and HTTPS, then open the real address; a CNAME does not itself create a browser redirect. Publish again after changes and recheck the public path. If a change is absent, inspect publishing status and source records before saying it is live.
Common questions
Do I need to buy a domain?
No. You can start with the business subdomain supplied by the platform.
Will products and services appear automatically?
Check that your plan enables the feature, the records exist and are published, and the public page shows them.
Does saving a draft publish it?
No. Preview, publish and inspect the customer page.
Is the custom domain a dashboard address?
No. The public site and dashboard have separate entrances.
What should we check after a price edit?
Review current product data, publishing state and the customer page.
