  2. Review content

  3. Schedule a post

  4. Check the result

What you can do

Create content schedules, select connected channels, review generated drafts, and see the status of individual publishing attempts. Review content before delivery, and change or cancel existing schedules.

Getting started

Connect your social account and sync available channels. Choose channels, enter the content direction and time, then check the draft text and media. Approve it when human review is needed.

Limits

A channel must be connected and available. A schedule or approval is not proof that a post appeared externally; expired authorization, channel restrictions, or platform responses can prevent delivery. Check each attempt's status.

Plan each post with the right source material

Start with the event, service or product facts that may be made public: names, dates, conditions, media and the link a reader should follow. A content direction helps a draft take shape, but the business remains responsible for checking that the generated wording matches its current offer. Use media that the business has permission to publish. The connected account determines which destinations are available; selecting a social network in a plan is not enough when that account has not granted access.

Separate drafting, review and delivery

A schedule describes when content should be prepared or sent. A generated draft is still material for review, not proof of a published post. Check dates, claims, images and destination before approving the draft. A staff member can adjust or cancel a pending schedule when the campaign changes. After the planned time, look at the result for each destination instead of assuming that one successful channel means all selected channels published successfully.

Channel access and team responsibility

The business connects accounts and syncs the destinations it can use. The selected schedule and the available channel permissions determine where a post may be sent; provider rules and current authorization still apply. Decide who drafts, who reviews and who handles a failed delivery before making a recurring plan. Do not include customer contact information or private case details in a public post. A permission to manage a page or publish content should not be treated as permission to read private messages or run unrelated campaigns.

What to do when a publication does not appear

Authorization can expire, a destination can change its requirements, or the social provider can reject text or media. Review the individual attempt's status and the provider response available in the workspace, then correct the connection or content before trying again. Repeatedly clicking publish without checking the prior result can create duplicates if the external result was delayed. The platform cannot promise identical formatting or reach across networks; staff should open the actual post and confirm that the audience sees the intended content. If a time-sensitive offer has expired, update its dates and conditions before considering another attempt.

Common questions

Do I need to connect a social account?

Yes. Connect it first and select an available synced channel.

Does scheduling guarantee publication?

No. Review the draft, authorization, and each publishing status.

Is a generated draft already public?

No. Review it and check the publishing result for each selected destination.

Can I change a planned post?

A pending schedule can be changed or cancelled; check the latest status before editing a post that may already have been sent.

Why can one channel work while another fails?

Each connected destination has its own authorization and platform requirements, so inspect their results separately.
